Virtual Ihaste trail run

All who are fit to complete the distance (5km), can participate in the run/walk. Underage children need the permission of a parent or guardian. Both Nordic walking and regular walking are allowed.
Age groups on the run distance
Up to 20- year-olds (born in 2001 and later)
21-39-year-olds (born 1982-2000)
40-59-year-olds (born 1962-1981)
60+ year-olds (born 1961 and earlier)
Registration and fees
Registration is opened on heategevusjooks.ee until the evening of 20th May.
- It is possible to participate in the virtual race on the 5km marked course in the Ihaste forest recreation and sports area or on a freely chosen track
- To submit your result, walk or run the 5km distance and track it with your sports watch or mobile phone
- You can also get the result on the original track, using the timing chips, provided by the organizer
- The result must be submitted by midnight 20. May
SmileRun registration fee is 15€ out of which 50% will go to charity. Together with Tartu University Hospital Children’s Foundation SmileRun supports the psychological counselling in Pepleri Ravikodu.

Confirmation of registration
The competitor is registered only after the payment.
By registering, the participant declares to be responsible for their own health and agrees that the organizer is not liable for health damage or loss/damage of personal property during the event.
After registration the athlete`s information will be saved in http://tolknet.ee/ and every athlete can add their result to their info after finishing the race. It is possible to add the result as a GPX file or to insert it manually. You can also get the result on the original track, using the timing chips, provided by the organizer.
SmileRun: Ihaste trail run start is next to the football field in the Ihaste forest recreation and sports area. The course runs along the forest trails and in the area near the forest. The finish is at the same place as the start, next to the football field.
NB! As the course is public and opened for everyone, it is every athlete`s own responsibility to follow the traffic and make sure it is safe to move.Course map
Points for each race
Fastest 100 finishers of each stage will receive points according to the result list (1st place 100 points, 2nd place 99 points, 3rd place 98 points, etc)
Finisher from 100th place onwards, will receive 1 point.
In the virtual race only participants who have run/walked the official marked course in Ihaste and have a GPX to prove it will be receiving points.
Best three women and men overall and of each age group, who have run the official Ihaste course and have a GPX file to prove it, will be awarded.
SmileRun organizers will contact all winners in order to receive their prizes.
Race organizer has the right to change the race manual. All these changes will be announced on event’s website.
